At Little Green Eden, we strive to provide you with the best possible shipping experience. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped nation wide via our trusted shipping partners,
PostNet to PostNet, PUDO locker-to-locker or Standard door-to-door shipping via The Courier Guy.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our website or through our shipping partner's website.
We take great care in packaging your little green plant to ensure that it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Our plants are shipped in a custom made box, un-potted, with the soil and pots included separately. Plants are packed individually to ensure their safe arrival.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Little Green Eden, we take great care in selecting and packing our little green plants to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We understand that sometimes things may happen during shipping, so we offer a 48-hour window for customers to report any damages upon receipt.
However, due to the nature of our living products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the plant arrives damaged.
If you receive a damaged plant, please contact our customer service team via our chat box within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the plant, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned plant, we will issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
