Mammillaria amajacensis

Mammillaria amajacensis is a species of cactus native to Mexico. It typically grows in clusters of cylindrical stems covered in white or yellowish radial spines and fewer central spines. The stems are usually green but may take on a reddish hue when exposed to high light levels or stress.
 
This species produces small, funnel-shaped flowers that range in color from white to pinkish-purple and bloom in spring or summer. Mammillaria amajacensis is relatively easy to care for and prefers bright sunlight, well-draining soil, and occasional watering during the growing season while allowing the soil to dry out between waterings.
